Refund Policy

At The Switch, our focus is on helping you achieve measurable results. Refunds are rare because we dedicate extensive resources, mentorship, and tools to ensure your success. However, in fairness to our clients, we do allow refunds under limited conditions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

A refund may be considered only if all of the following are met:

1. You have completed the entire program, including all sessions, assignments, mentorship guidance, and SOP compliance.

2. You have demonstrated active participation, including engaging with the community and completing all program tasks.

3. You have not received any offer letter during or after the program.

4. You submit a written request within thirty (30) days of completing the program, including evidence of your participation and adherence.

If approved, the refund will be up to 100% of the fee paid (excluding GST).

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Refunds, once approved, are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe. In most cases this may take 5-7 days, though in exceptional situations, it may take longer for the funds to reflect in your account.
