Cancellation Policy

At The Switch, our priority is your success. We invest significant resources from the very first day to ensure you receive the training, mentorship, and support needed to achieve real outcomes. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with our commitment to help you get results.

7-DAY CANCELLATION WINDOW

1. If within the first seven (7) days of getting onboarded you believe that what was promised by our consultant during the consultation call does not align with the actual program deliverables, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund of the program fees paid.

2. The request must be made in writing within 7 calendar days from the date of onboarding.

3. The refund will exclude GST, applicable taxes, and any third-party charges.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval. In most cases, this may take 5-7 days; however, in certain circumstances, additional time may be required to reflect in your account.
